Managing DirectorPhill is a property professional with over 25 years experience. He has a rich and varied knowledge, ranging from owning and running estate agents in central London and the South West, through to large-scale domestic and commercial property development. Over the past 10 years Phill has worked exclusively in the disability industry, initially as a director of a specialist contractor undertaking adaptation work.
More recently - for the past five years - Phill has acted as the MD of PLG Consultants, which he founded to facilitate a specific need within the industry. Phill’s myriad of experience means he can offer an avenue of joined up thinking from start to finish in PLG’s clients’ journey of finding, purchasing or renting, designing and adapting a home that will not only meet their immediate needs but those for years to come.
What would you do if you won the lottery? "Travel lots and do some good"
What's your perfect Sunday? "Walking the dogs on Bigbury beach with the family, followed by a roast at a pub"
If you could have any super power, what would it be? "X-ray vision!"
Phill's V Card07956 970661DirectorGlenn, co-founder of PLG, is a knowledgeable property professional with eight years experience looking after the interests of people who are disabled having suffered from personal injury or clinical negligence.
Earlier in his career Glenn provided clients and their healthcare professionals with an interface between contractors and architects, breaking detailed programmes and specifications into manageable chunks. More recently Glenn has utilised his knowledge of the “what can be done” to help clients find a new home and carry out the necessary due diligence prior to a purchase or rental agreement being finalised.
He will then lead the clients from this point through the design and adaptation process until keys can be handed over and a family or individual move in.
What would you do if you won the lottery? "Take a holiday. A very, very long holiday"
What's your perfect Sunday? "Watching sport on the sofa"
If you could have any super power, what would it be? "Super speed"
Glenn's V Card07969 329574Head of Finance and ResearchAfter completing her A-Levels, Leah decided she wanted to go straight into private sector employment. She has since worked within a number of different vocations, gaining a wide range of experience in administration, financial support and customer care. Leah joined PLG Consultants in the summer of 2014, and has progressed through the ranks to the Head of Finance and Research. Her role includes financial management, people management, project planning and resource management and she is pivotal in ensuring our clients’ receive the highest level of care. "The ability to fly" Leah's V Card0333 577 0809Surveyor and Cost ConsultantRoger is an experienced cost consultant who brings to the team his wide ranging knowledge of Estimating and Quantity Surveying having worked for large and small contractors, not only in Great Britain but also overseas. He has worked on a variety of projects; not only those that meet the needs of people with disabilities but large infrastructure projects, industrial and commercial projects as well as housing developments, adaptations and repairs. With this experience he is able to provide budget estimates, bills of quantities for the larger projects, if required for the tender process, tender reports, financial reports as a project proceeds and final account negotiation and settlement. "Make unreasonable people see sense"03335770809Lettings & Sales ManagerBefore James joined PLG in the spring of 2017 he had spent 16 years working as an estate agent in a number of roles to include Sales Manager at a well-respected independent agency in Torbay and more recently as Lettings Manager for a well-known branded agency in Exeter. During his career James has gained a wealth of property knowledge and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). James understands the residential property market, associated processes and legislation and prides himself on providing a professional service in helping clients find the perfect property and guiding them through the entire process. James now manages the Lettings and Sales for PLG and works closely with Phill and Glenn to help our clients find, purchase or rent, design and adapt their homes PLG Q&A: What would you do if you won the lottery? James' V Card07766 023300Office and Finance AssistantFollowing the completion of her A-Levels, Georgie went travelling to New Zealand. On her return to England she began working in the joinery trade, working as part of the administration team for her families’ business. During her time in the role, she headed up the accounts department and acted in the role customer service adviser, being the initial point of contact to the customer. Georgie joined the PLG team in early 2017. She works closely with Leah for all the financial aspects of the business, including data entry, cheque management, petty cash management and mileage. Using her experience gained in customer service, Georgie is able to provide our clients with the best possible service. PLG Q&A: What would you do if you won the lottery? 03335770809Project Co-ordinatorHaving spent 17 years in the building trade, Marc had previously owned his own building supplies company in Newton Abbot before he moved over to us at PLG. He has joined the company to aid and assist on all architectural projects. With his exceptional knowledge of the building and development sector Marc will be working closely with the clients from the initial outset of a property purchase or rental in order to deliver the desired build, refurb or adaptation to perfectly suit their needs. Marc prides himself on delivering with an exceptionally high level of client care which should see him thrive in his role as Project Co-ordinator at PLG.
